The Founder's Journey
Every dream starts with a moment of realization. For Alwyn Quadros, that moment came while watching young athletes train on uneven grounds, struggling with poor facilities despite their immense passion and talent. He often wondered — how many dreams are lost, not because of a lack of skill, but because of a lack of opportunity?
Determined to change that, Alwyn set out on a journey in 2012 with nothing more than a vision and relentless belief — that India deserved sports infrastructure on par with the world’s best. The early days were filled with challenges: limited resources, skepticism from clients, and an industry resistant to change. Yet, every hurdle only strengthened his resolve.
He personally oversaw projects, worked alongside ground staff, and built relationships of trust one field at a time. Slowly but surely, QGS began to redefine what was possible — transforming barren plots into FIFA- and FIH-certified arenas, schools into hubs of sporting energy, and communities into places where sport could truly thrive.
What started as one man’s mission has today become a movement. Under Alwyn’s leadership, QGS stands not just as a company, but as a story of resilience, passion, and belief in the power of sport to inspire lives.
